AI360 Applying GAI/LLM to Transform Business Functions

This course emphasizes how to apply Generative AI (GAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to redesign and optimize complex workflows in marketing, customer support, and research & development (R&D). Through hands-on projects and real-world case studies, students will have the opportunity to use a structured framework to detect inefficiencies, apply AI tools ethically and securely to address root causes, measure performance improvements, and gain the skills to lead AI-driven business functions transformation.
