AI355 Prompt Engineering for Insight, Diagnosis and Innovation

This course focuses on how to use prompt engineering ethically and securely not just for productivity, but as a strategic tool to uncover inefficiencies, generate insights, and propose AI-enhanced solutions. Students will have the opportunity to build a reusable prompt framework to diagnose problems, simulate alternatives, and design improvements using GAI/LLM tools. The course emphasizes practical applications and hands-on Labs using real-world application across business functions.
